What Mosheon collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Mosheon is a product of Huup Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under ZC165061.
When a business connects a channel, we process the messages their customers send them: the message text, the sender name and handle the platform gives us, and anything the customer volunteers such as a phone number or a booking preference. We also hold the business’s own configuration, meaning opening hours, prices, service list and calendar availability.
We are the processor for customer conversations. The business is the controller. They decide what to do with the data and we act on their instructions.
Replies are generated by large language models. Message content is sent to the model provider to produce the reply. We do not permit providers to train their models on this content.
Conversations stay available to the business while their account is active. When an account closes we delete the conversation history within 30 days, except where we are required to keep billing records.
Data is stored in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Model providers may process message content outside that region under the safeguards their agreements require.
If you are a customer of a business using Mosheon, ask that business first, since they control the data. If you cannot reach them, or you are a Mosheon customer yourself, email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
